Staff were super helpful. They were able to check me in early as my room was available which I very much appreciated. Loved my room -spacious with a desk to set up my work station. Really comfortable bed. Pillows were a little too big for me - but that is a personal preference and nothing to do with the quality of the pillow. Nice teas. Great shower with good pressure. Quiet spacious room. Close to the Lake to do the bridge to bridge walk and a short uber ride to the Gallery and City. The bar/ restaurant on the top floor had a great array of drinks and delicious food. Great cafe/ restaurant across the road. Access to the gym at the nearby hotel. I really enjoyed my stay!

Very personable service. No hassles and very straightforward. All requirements were accommodated as per request. Free Parking at the weekend and a great breakfast. Overall, great value for money and excellent, friendly service from Ash, who was at the reception. The hotel is as advertised, a great place to stay.

The 'Two-Bedroom Residence' was terrific. There were two very substantial rooms which each included a king bed, large TV and wardrobe. The two bathrooms were very sizeable, and showers (water pressure & heads) were great. The bed and bedding were as comfortable as any I've slept on in a hotel. The lounge/dining room and the balcony were exceedingly spacious, clean and well-appointed. It was easy to stream on the TVs via Chromecast, the Wifi was hassle-free and fast, and there were plenty of power points and USB connectors for charging. We were staying for a long weekend and so wanted proper cooking and kitchen facilities. The apartment was a bit short on big ticket cooking items (eg. fry pans and (large) knives), but had plenty of the standard utensils and crockery, and the fridge, dishwasher, stove, toaster and coffee machine were all high quality and full size. The apartment was in a quiet, leafy area, while still in walking distance to the Manuka shops and the foreshore bars, as well as the parliament precinct and the lake. There was very little noise from neighbouring rooms and buildings even though the place was full and even hosting a wedding party during our stay. Our apartment was on the top (3rd) floor with no lift access. We were aware of this when booking and so had no problem with it, but be wary of that if it is something that will bother you. There was ample parking - both on-street and in the garage. (That said, only our day of arrival was a work day, so parking availability might be different mid-week.) In sum, we paid $350 a night and we more than got our money's worth.

It was good sized and loved having a nespresso machine to make coffee like how I make mine at home as opposed to just instant coffee. Also loved that a small dishwasher was provided. Breakfast included in our booking was a nice surprise and ensured all of us started our day well-fed.
